All pieces are made in either 14k gold fill, sterling silver, or brass. All earwires and findings are 14k gold fill or sterling. Stones frequently include natural variations and inclusions that may be mistaken as cracks or flaws. Because of the organic nature of stones, variance in color, size and shape may occur. Some stones may be colored or treated. Please recognize that every piece of handmade Navone jewelry will be unique.

Jewelry Care:

Each piece of jewelry comes with a polishing pad and in a muslin storage or gift bag.

Returns:

If your jewelry is defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We are happy to exchange items if the incorrect item was ordered, you are responsible for the price difference as well as return shipping.
